SMALL BUSINESS CHECKING
A Great Value For Less 

• $100.00 deposit to open
• Minimum daily balance of $250 to avoid a $6 monthly maintenance fee
• First 200 items combined (debits/deposits/items deposited) are processed free of charge, over 200 items, there is a $.30 per item fee
• Optional $500 Overdraft Privilege after 30 day qualification period 

COMMERCIAL CHECKING
Earnings Allowance Saves on Charges 

• $100.00 deposit to open
• Service Charges are determined by the account activity and account balances. A comparison is made of the services rendered with the earnings allowance. The account is charged only when expenses rendered exceed the earnings allowance from the account balances
• Services Charges are calculated monthly based on the activity in the account for the month

COMMERCIAL CHECKING PLUS
Earnings Allowance Plus Interest 

• $1000 deposit to open the account
• A minimum average daily collected balance of $1000 must be maintained to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield during the account cycle
• Service Charges are determined by the account activity and account balances. A comparison is made of the services rendered with the earnings allowance. The account is charged only when expenses rendered exceed the earnings allowance from the account balances
• Services Charges are calculated monthly based on the activity in the account for the month

IOLTA (INTEREST ON LAWYER’S TRUST ACCOUNT) 

• $100.00 deposit to open
• No maintenance fee regardless of balance
• Interest forwarded to the South Carolina Bar Association
• Attorney or Law Firm must present “Enrollment Form for Lawyers and Law Firms” from the SC Bar Association
